A Fun Weekend

These pictures are from our fun weekend a few weeks ago. With the snow remnants still hanging around, we shopped around early Saturday morning until we found some sleds. Then, we spent all morning sliding down our road and freezing to death!

This is Will attempting to make a snow angel....I guess we needed a little more snow for that!

It wasn't long before the riding toys came out to play!

By the time we went inside, the boys were SOOOO cold it was painful. Wyatt was crying because his hands hurt :(

They warmed up quickly!

After lunch and nap, we headed to Portland for Landon's 4th birthday party. It was a Mickey Mouse party and the kids got to wear Mickey ears!

This was Will before he ate all the icing off his cake! He's fairly neat with eating, but it was funny because he immediately asked for more cake once the icing was gone!

I can't tell if Wyatt liked the orange soda or not?

After the party, we decided to go to Opry Mills to do some shopping and eat at Rainforest Cafe. Rainforest was a first for me and the boys and we LOVED it! We were in front of the gorilla's that would come "alive" every 15 minutes and wiggle around making noises. The boys were amazed when the "storm" would come and they wondered how it was storming inside. The elephant was also a big hit. We had to make a special stop on our way out to see that!

Tip: don't ask a 2 year old to say cheese right after he takes a giant bite!

Of course Will is going to "cheese" it up no matter what!

We walked around the mall for a while and the boys spotted this shark and wanted to get close, but not too close! Maybe our next venture will be to the Aquarium restaurant :)
